Who we are

Information we collect

We collect the details needed to quote and manage a transfer, including names, contact details, pickup and destination addresses, dates and times, flight details, passenger and luggage information, accessibility or special requirements, payment confirmation and communications about the booking. Optional booking-source measurement is explained below.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide a quote, take and confirm payment, arrange a suitable licensed driver and vehicle, monitor relevant flights, communicate about the journey, handle changes or complaints, prevent fraud, keep business records and meet legal obligations. These uses are necessary to perform our contract with you, meet legal duties and pursue legitimate interests in running a safe and reliable service.

Who receives it

We share only what is reasonably needed with the assigned driver or transport partner and with service providers that support the booking, including Stripe for payment, Mapbox for address and routing, Resend for transactional email and our website hosting provider. We do not sell personal information.

Automated help and WhatsApp

Our automated website guide answers common questions using preset information. General chat messages stay in the current page and are not saved by the guide. When you request a fare, your pickup postcode, destination airport and vehicle choice are sent to the Connect Airports quote service to calculate the price. Where route lookup is needed, location details are processed by our mapping provider. A chat quote does not create a booking. It cannot access or change bookings. Choosing WhatsApp opens a separate service, where you can send a message to our team on 0113 243 3333. The website conversation is not automatically forwarded. Messages you send there are handled by our team and WhatsApp under their respective privacy arrangements. Please do not send payment details or sensitive documents through chat.

Cookies and local storage

Our website uses essential browser storage and service cookies needed to carry quote details between booking pages, provide address and route functions, process secure Stripe payments and protect the service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Our cookie-free statistics and optional first-party booking-source cookies are explained below. Optional measurement runs only if you choose to allow it.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, tax, legal and dispute-handling purposes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to certain uses where the law provides those rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We may need to retain some records where required by law.

Security and updates

We use access controls, secure connections and reputable service providers to protect information. No internet service can promise absolute security. We will update this notice when our practices materially change.

Website visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referring websites, visitors' countries, device types and page performance. This helps us improve our website and understand how people find our airport transfers. Cloudflare does not use tracking cookies or browser storage for this service and does not track people across websites.

The analytics records public page paths. Cloudflare does not log URL query strings, and we do not send booking form values, names, contact details, pickup addresses or payment details as analytics events. Our administration pages, booking-status lookup and booking-confirmation pages are excluded. Cloudflare receives the connection's IP address to process the request, then discards it rather than storing it in its analytics databases or logs. Reports can cover up to six months. Optional booking-source measurement

If you choose “Allow measurement”, we use a first-party cookie to connect a visit with a confirmed online booking. This shows which websites and campaigns lead to bookings. The cookie contains a random identifier, lasts up to 30 minutes and is not used to follow you across websites. We remember your allow or decline choice for up to 180 days. You can change it using “Tracking preferences” at the bottom of our public pages. Choosing “No thanks” stops this optional measurement and removes the current visit's source link; it does not cancel or change any booking.

We record the public landing page, referring website's hostname, short campaign labels and visit time in our own website database, hosted by Cloudflare. We link these to the booking reference after a booking is saved, or to a pending checkout that counts only if payment is confirmed. We do not send customer names, contact details, journey addresses, form values, full referring URLs or advertising click identifiers to an advertising analytics service. We use only the presence of a Google Ads click marker to recognise that source. Source records are retained for up to 180 days and cleared during normal site use. Booking records follow the separate retention policy above.

This measurement is optional and based on your consent. You can book with or without it. Reports cover consenting visits, so they are not a complete count of all visitors or a count of unique people. The separate cookie-free Cloudflare statistics described above remain available.
